Unleash your inner yogi. I offer private sessions tailored just for those looking to take their yoga practice personalized only for them. This private 10-session package enables you to connect to yoga in a deeper understanding and get more meaningful practice. The package is also well-suitable for Yoga therapy customers who would like to work more dedicated with their health and wellness. Part of the package we do physical and spiritual assesment of the body and set a goals and create a plan. There is weekly support for working to the overall wellbeing and we adjusted our plans based on changing conditions. The plan includes 10 yoga practices, assesment, goal setting, daily support, short daily self practice. Contact me for more details.
