Service Description

Therapeutical yoga class is adjusted to the particioners' physical, energetical and mental conditions. It is for small groups and it is important to share your conditions prior to the class to the teacher. We practice asana practice, breath work and mindfullness to take care of our overall wellbeing. The class suits to all levels and no any previous experience in yoga is required.
