Service Description

The class is suitable for practitioners who are looking for a deeper and more mindful yoga practice. We practice Yoga therapy and Vinyasa yoga. The practice is in small groups. It is recommended for people who love more mindful, slow, and deep flow, new to yoga, seniors, have light orthopedic issues or pregnant women. Each class is adjusted to its partitioners.
