My Story
Hi. My name is Triinu.
I was born and grew up in Estonia, on Hiiumaa island in the middle of the Baltic Sea. Hiiumaa is my home island, my love. I am very connected to its junipers and pine forests, shallow, blue waters, sandy beaches, and island people's culture. However, after I grew up, I left the island, and my fast-thinking mind took me to the world of mathematics and technology and, from there already, to the tech industry, where I stayed for 25 years.
My curiosity and belief in love brought me to Israel in 2007. Israeli culture and vibe were utterly different, a new challenge that triggered an internal soul-searching journey. I started practicing meditation and yoga, studying philosophy, and engaging in self-inquiry. Since then, my practices and passion for understanding the human mind, body, and psychology have not stopped.
Yoga was also an essential part of my life; it was an anchor and safe place in the challenging years of struggle when I founded and led a start-up through its obstacles and successes. I believe in the body-mind connection and that we can bring more wellness and happiness with constant and proper practice. Yoga and its philosophy are my way of life, and I keep learning and practicing.
I have been certified by the International Yoga Alliance since 2019. I teach vinyasa, ashtanga, and yoga therapy in my beautiful private studio in Herzeliya Pituach. Along with the practice, we sometimes need to let go and relax the mind and body. To support this more in-depth, I am offering Thai massage sessions. Yoga Studio
Vinyasa, ashtanga, yin, and restorative yoga classes are offered for all levels and small groups in various locations. Triinu Yoga Studio offers weekly classes open to everyone; check the weekly schedule for all the details. The classes are conducted in Hebrew and English.
Thai Massage
Classical Thai massage for mind and body relaxing, reducing muscle tension and enhancing blood circulation and overall wellbeing. Please contact for booking Thai massage sessions.
Workshops
I offer various mindfulness workshops in my studio and your chosen locations. These include workshops about meditation, yoga, and yoga philosophy, as well as retreats with various therapists. These workshops aim to deepen connections between our bodies and minds.
Workplace Yoga
Weekly yoga classes in your office make it easy for you and your colleagues to participate and create healthy habits. Yoga has improved employee well-being and productivity, reduced stress, and increased energy levels.
The classes are conducted in Hebrew and English.
