My Story
Hi, my name is Triinu.
I am a certified yoga therapist, yoga teacher, and Thai massage therapist offering therapeutic yoga, Vinyasa yoga and Thai massage sessions that support physical healing, emotional balance, and nervous system regulation.
I was born and raised in Estonia, on Hiiumaa island—surrounded by pine forests, junipers, and the Baltic Sea. That deep connection to nature continues to influence my way of living and working: grounded, intuitive, and centered on presence.
In my private studio in Herzliya Pituach, I work with individuals facing stress, anxiety, chronic and acute pain, burnout, and physical limitations. I teach in both English and Hebrew, and tailor each session to the specific needs of the person in front of me. My approach combines vinyasa, ashtanga, yoga therapy, mindfulness, and Thai massage to support deep integration of body and mind.
Before stepping fully into the therapeutic path, I spent 25 years in the high-tech world, including founding and leading a successful startup. That intense chapter taught me about drive, pressure—and the importance of finding balance and inner clarity.
Today, I see yoga not only as a practice, but as a way of living: consistent, compassionate, and deeply connected to the body’s intelligence. I believe that with the right support, every person can return to a state of strength, ease, and wholeness.

Yoga Studio
Yoga therapy for small groups, Vinyasa, ashtanga, yin, and restorative yoga classes are offered for all levels and small groups. Triinu Yoga Studio offers weekly classes open to everyone; check the weekly schedule for all the details. The classes are conducted in Hebrew and English.
Thai Massage
Classical Thai massage for mind and body relaxing, reducing muscle tension and enhancing blood circulation and overall wellbeing. Please contact for booking Thai massage sessions.

"Yoga of Self" workshop once a month to deepen your yoga practice with meditation, Vinyasa flow and Yoga philosophy sessions.
I offer various yoga and mindfulness workshops in my studio and your chosen locations. These include workshops about meditation, yoga, and yoga philosophy and retreats with various therapists. These workshops aim to deepen connections between our bodies and minds.
