My Story
Hi, my name is Triinu.
My path into yoga therapy grew out of both professional training and lived experience. I am a certified yoga therapist, yoga teacher, and Thai massage therapist, and my work today is dedicated to offering yoga therapy as a supportive and therapeutic approach for back pain, scoliosis, shoulder and neck pain, orthopedic conditions, anxiety, stress, and nervous system regulation. I am part of the IAYT-certified International Yoga Therapy program and continue to study to stay connected to evolving therapeutic approaches.
In my private studio in Herzliya Pituach, I work one-on-one with people who are living with chronic or acute pain, physical limitations, stress, anxiety, burnout, and sleep challenges. Over the years, I have also gained experience in orthopedic rehabilitation, including working with people recovering from injuries and complex conditions. Each session is adapted to the person in front of me, honoring their body, pace, and current capacity. I teach in both English and Hebrew.
Before fully stepping into the therapeutic path, I spent 25 years in the high-tech world, including founding and leading a startup. That intense chapter of my life taught me firsthand about pressure, responsibility, stress, and anxiety—and also about the deep need for balance, self-care, and meaningful connection to the body.
Today, I see yoga not only as exercise or fitness. For me, it is a way to listen to the body, rebuild trust in movement, and create stability in both body and mind. My approach combines yoga therapy, somatic work, mindful movement, breath, and Thai massage when appropriate, always with respect for the body’s intelligence.
I have seen results: with attentive, compassionate support, it is possible to reduce pain, restore function, and reconnect with a sense of strength and ease. Supporting people on this path is my dharma, and it continues to shape both my work and my life.
