Service Description

Finding a balance in our daily lives is very demanding and stressful. Yoga and mindfulness immensely helped me develop a more balanced lifestyle. My satisfaction, happiness, focus, and overall well-being grew through that. The yoga and mindfulness workshops reduce stress and increase tolerance, acceptance, and productivity. Yoga workshops also improve posture, physical well-being, strength, and balance. There are a variety of workshops. Look at more under the menu "Workshops." These workshops are fit for small and medium groups of people, for example, for your teamwork events, fun days, and family events. The duration of the workshops is from 30 minutes to 6 hours. Please get in touch with me and share your needs. We choose the suitable workshop that fits your context, location, and special needs. Additionally, I offer multiple workshops that everyone can join. Cancellation Policy

You must register for yoga group classes at least 1 hour before the class. Late registrations do not guarantee class availability. Please contact me by WhatsApp for validation. You may cancel your class registration up to 1 hour before the class; late cancellations or no-shows will still be counted as attendance.
