This is not about being flexible, doing fancy poses, or pushing your body.
Yoga therapy is about helping your body and nervous system feel safer, calmer, and more supported — so healing can happen.

All exercises are adapted to your body, your pain, and your energy level.

My Background

I am a certified yoga teacher (500+ hours) and yoga therapist (800+ hours), with experience in:

  • Orthopedic yoga therapy and rehabilitation

  • Somatic yoga and nervous system regulation

  • Trauma-informed yoga therapy for PTSD

  • Thai yoga massage

Based in Herzeliya Pituach, I work with individuals experiencing pain, stress, and recovery needs.

My approach is calm, supportive, and results-oriented — focused on restoring ease, stability, and trust in the body.
