Yoga of Breath
Breath & Vital Energy — Where Science Meets Yoga
Step into the rhythm of your breath. This workshop guides you from movement into stillness, weaving asana with mindful embodiment, and bridging the science of breathing with the ancient wisdom of prāna. Discover how each inhale and exhale shapes your nervous system, your energy, and your presence — and learn tools you can bring into your everyday life.

Why Join This Workshop?
We’ll explore how breath connects body, mind, and energy — from both yogic and scientific perspectives. Through embodiment and simple prāṇāyāma techniques, you’ll learn how breathing affects the nervous system, and how to use breath consciously for balance and clarity. We’ll also touch on Patañjali’s wisdom and its relevance today.
If you’re curious about how breath influences your state of being; if you experience stress, tension, feel disconnected or want to deepen your awareness — this is for you.
What You’ll Experience
The Yoga of Breath workshop is crafted to create a holistic, enriching experience:
-
An embodiment, somatic asana practice, weaving breath, movement and awareness — attuning to vitality in the body.
-
Physiology uncovered: we’ll bridge Western physiology (how breath supports life, nervous system, energy) with Eastern yoga-philosophical ideas of prāna (vital energy), subtle channels, and how breath becomes the doorway.

This workshop will take place for the first time in January, and I’d love to hear your thoughts and feedback.
In the meantime, I want to share a personal experience.
I’ve been practicing yoga for almost 20 years, teaching pranayama and mindfulness, and I always believed I was deeply aware of my breath. Yet one day, during self-reflection, I suddenly noticed — I was breathing in reverse. On the mat or in meditation, I never realized it, but in everyday moments, my habits had taken over.
That realization led me on a journey of simply observing my breath — day and night. The more I paid attention, the more I noticed shifts in my body, mind, and energy. It was a simple practice, yet profoundly transforming.
I’m here to share this journey with you.
