Hi. My name is Triinu. I have been a certified yoga teacher by the International Yoga Alliance since 2018. I am teaching vinyasa, ashtanga, yin, and therapeutical yoga. My mission is to connect us back to our core being, back to ourselves, and create a peaceful connection between people.
Sometimes we might feel that our brain is in overdrive, you find yourself constantly on guard and unable to relax. Yoga can help you focus on what’s happening in that moment and recognize what’s happening in your body and mind. It also can help you focus on your breath. As you combine movement and breath, you start building back mind/body connections. Once your body feels safe and energy flows, then also your mind can start to relax and feel safe and be at peace.
Yoga practice is not a sport; it is a lifestyle and constant practice that we take with us outside the yoga mat. My classes are suitable for all levels and do not require any prior knowledge. I believe in a personal approach in every practice, so I offer yoga in small groups and private lessons so we can always have a guide and support on our path.

Relax - Start feeling good from the inside out through the deep breathing exercises combined with postures that create body-mind connections. Once your body feels safe then also your mind can start to relax and feel safe

געתי לטרינו קצת אחרי ה7.10 עם חברה כדי להירגע קצת והבנתי שכל הגוף שלי היה בסטרס ותפוס.
אני מתרגלת יוגה כבר כמה שנים אבל החיבור לשיעורים של טרינו בשבילי הם משהו שונה.
כל ההוויה החיובית והנעימה שלה עושה את ההבדל יחד עם המקצועיות , הציוד והמקום הנעים.
